Common questions

Do I need ID or paperwork to get help?

No. Come as you are to any of our three meal service locations — no registration, no ID, and no conditions.

Is there a cost?

No. Meals, clothing, and everything else we offer are free.

Do I have to be religious, or attend a service, to get a meal?

No. A short Biblical message is shared before most meals, but it's never a condition of being served.

What if I need help outside of meal hours?

Reach out through our Contact page any time. For an emergency shelter need tonight, call 211 — real people answer 24/7, at no cost.

Can I get help if I'm not originally from this area?

Yes. We don't require proof of local residency to serve you a meal or connect you to resources.

Where can I find emergency shelter tonight?

Call 211 for immediate shelter placement, or come talk with our team at a meal service — we can connect you to Freedom House, our residential recovery program, and to partner shelters like LifeMoves and Samaritan House.
