What to expect

No sign-up, no ID, no conditions. Just come as you are. Beyond the meal, our team can connect you to clothing, medical supplies, and referrals to housing and case management through our partner organizations.

Homeless Shelter in Palo Alto

A hot meal is usually the first step, not the whole answer. Here's where to turn for shelter itself.

Street Life Ministries isn't a walk-in shelter today, but our team can connect you directly to one at a meal service, or you can reach out any time through our Contact page. We're also building Transformation House, a twelve-month residential recovery program, the first of its kind between San Francisco and San Jose.

If you need emergency assistance with food, health, housing, human trafficking, or any crisis situation, dial 211 from your phone.

Real people answer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 211 staff are non-judgmental and give you confidential access to community program and service information. There is no cost to make the call.

The line is staffed by experienced IMAT case managers, offering safe and non-judgmental support to people on the recovery journey.

RealOptions

RealOptions Obria Medical Clinic is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) recognized for its quality of care since 1981, providing life-affirming holistic health care with or without insurance.

Services include well woman care, STD testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, pregnancy options consultations, ultrasounds, prenatal care, material support, and health education for parents and students. They also offer pregnancy loss healing to anyone affected by miscarriage, abortion, or stillbirth.
